And can I make to option of this fields to use it? (We need two differnt messages for different language)
You can't edit existing double opt-in messages, but you can create new ones and make them look exactly like you want (or write in different languages), then within a form pick which one you want to use.
Navigate to Administration > Double Opt-In/Invoice Manager > New Message Template.
Make sure you review the message thoroughly before you submit it for review, as you won't be able to make changes afterward. They are usually approved within a day in my experience.
