On the Dashboard, my email open rate is over 100% What’s up with that? [closed]

I don't understand how my customers could open my emails more than 100% of the time...

Your metric is counting each time an email is opened, so if it’s opened more than once by the same person your rate can be over 100%. You can change this by editing your metric and selecting, “This conversion happens once.”
