This is definitely one you should talk to [email protected] about! You upgraded your ONTRApages account (which made it an ONTRAPORT account). You never had two separate accounts. That's why it was fully cancelled.
CS will be able to help you roll back your account. I would totally make a ticket on your behalf but I don't have your email address. I've told them about this question and they're expecting a ticket from you! Email them ASAP. They may even be able to set you up with some onboarding calls if you want to give ONTRAPORT another shot and use it to it's fullest.
