I had Customer Support tell me my timeout is at 5 minutes but can be changed if I want.
The Upsell Success Rules will not fire until the time out period for the last Upsell Form has expired. This means that if you have a five minute time-out period, none of the Upsell Form's Success Rules will fire until five minutes after the customer has landed on that last Upsell Form (even if they click "Yes" immediately upon landing there). This can be changed to a significant delay for complex upsell funnels and clients wishing to fast track product fulfillment or invoices will want to choose to not bundle upsell transactions.
