You can create a group using the criteria "Bulk Email Status Not Equal To Single Opt-In AND Bulk Email Status Not Equal To Double Opt-In" to find all contacts that you cannot send mail to. See here: http://screencast.com/t/XpBb8c728wT This will include contacts whose Bulk Email Status is

  • Hard Bounce
  • Opt-Out
  • Pending Review
  • Unconfirmed

If you only want to find contacts that have their Bulk Email Status set as Hard Bounce or Opt-Out, you can use the criteria "Bulk Email Status Equal To Hard Bounce Or Opt-Out" like this: http://screencast.com/t/7Lm2BPlwO3G

You may also want to not delete a profile that has a purchase history. You can start off by running the example sequence that I attached. This will tag any accounts that have a purchase history.

You would then exclude any customers that have that tag from your group that you are planning to delete.

After the first round of cleaning you will want to set a global rule that gives contacts that tag whenever they make a purchase so you don't have to run your entire list through the sequence for future cleaning.
