How do I set up an additional WordPress admin?

I would like to give someone else access to my site.

Great question! Sometimes a VA or ONTRAPORT Support will need access to your WP site.

Here's how to set it up.

  1. Log into your existing admin account.
  2. Click Users in the left side panel. Example
  3. Click ‘Add New’ at the top of the screen. Example
  4. Enter your desired information and set the role as Administrator. The rest of the fields can be left blank. See example here.
  5. Click the ‘Add New User’ button at the bottom.
